That the chances of Real Madrid making it out of this game are almost slim to none, I have this hope that many a miracle will happen and they will limp out of there and into the finals. I’d rather see a Real Madrid v. Bayern Munich final than see Dortmund in any sort of final.

With all this hype about Bayern winning the treble and all the certainty that they will win the treble, it makes me question, if Bayern, particularly in the Champions League, will be able to being home the trophy. Obviously, the Bundesliga and Pokal are almost certainly Bayern’s (unless some tragedy happens), but I think that the Champions League still remains cloudy and too early to call. And while I do love, support, and wish the best to Bayern, some rational thinking is involved here.
So apparently, Toni Kroos and Bastian Schweinsteiger were fined for wearing white socks instead of black socks like the rest of the team during the Qatar winter training session.
Heynckes said it’s because the team needs more discipline and that starts by everyone wearing the right color socks. Rummenigge agreed with Heyncke’s decision and said that players should be punished for such acts. Lahm is supposed to decide on the size of the fine and report it.
I don’t know if this is true, but it’s pretty damn funny.
And apparently Bayern Munich will be streaming the game against Schalke on their website. But we all know that probably means that they will just be streaming descriptions of what happens.
